The municipality of Zbąszyń requested a GPR survey on a fragment of the former Palazzo-in-Fortezza monument that currently serves as a town park. The aim of the survey was to detect and map out the remains of the main palace building in order to plan subsequent excavations. These are currently on-going and have been stake out based on various rectilinear GPR anomalies that we documented.
