As part of a Regional Heritage Office in Kielce project we conducted a geophysical investigation of an earthwork that was recently noticed with the use of ALS/LiDAR. The difficult slopey and forested terrain was no match for our dedicated survey team that carried out two magnetic gradiometry surveys in 2019 and 2020. The results are presented in the gallery above for your viewing pleasure. The data that we gathered has helped identify this feature as a Medieval stronghold, unknown to historical sources.
