We were responsible for the geophysical prospection part of a joint University of Łódź and Scientific Society of Polish Archaeologists project, funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. A series of Medieval stronghold sites were surveyed with the use of magnetometry and earth resistance, often in difficult forested terrain. The surveys yielded excellent results about these previously known yet neglected earthworks.
