Summing up 2021: Another busy year in the field

The end of 2021 was especially intensive with difficult weather and a lot of field work

As we slowly leave 2021 we can summarise that it was an extremely interesting yet challenging year with a lot of field work in difficult terrain and weather environments. Despite the pandemic we managed to gather a lot of interesting data and amongst others survey some of the most famous archaeological sites in Poland such as the first capital of Poland in Gniezno, the Teutonic castle complex in Malbork and the extremely impressive Neolithic flint mines in Krzemionki.
